A round brass lacquered security rosette is a round cylinder rosette for the front door cylinder hole, made of solid brass with an acrylic lacquer coating. Thanks to progressive polishing followed by a thin protective lacquer layer, the mirror-gold surface remains stable for 5-10 years without patination. The round shape matches round or oval front door hardware (Dieckmann Europa, Kronos, Intersteel round versions, classic sets with rounded elements). The rosette visually covers the cylinder hole. In SKG3 version. Includes a recessed steel core pull ring that blocks core pulling attacks.

Core pull protection and SKG levels

Core pulling protection is a recessed steel ring around the cylinder core that prevents a burglar from forcibly pulling the cylinder core out of the lock. Approximately 60% of successful cylinder burglaries in the Netherlands are committed using this method. Three dimensions determine the fit: PC size (55, 72, or 92 mm), cylinder pass-through diameter (Euro profile 17 mm standard), and door thickness (38-65 mm for front door). Maintenance

Clean lacquered brass with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soap. Do not use a scouring pad, ammonia, acetone, chlorine, or brass polish. Apply a drop of graphite lock lubricant to the keyhole of the cylinder once a year (no oil or WD-40).
