The BURG-WÄCHTER eBoxx EASY+ E 635
The eBoxx EASY+ E 635 is BURG-WÄCHTER's flagship smart parcel mailbox. A 635 × 440 × 450 mm (H×W×D) unit with a 98-liter storage capacity, suitable for multiple smaller or one large parcel per day. Electronic operation via the secuENTRY KeyApp (iOS + Android), allowing you to create, manage, and send access codes for various delivery drivers and family members. Fully battery-operated. No mains power required, no cable installation, placement possible anywhere. Three key features that distinguish the eBoxx from simpler parcel mailboxes: smart parcel management with a "multiple delivery system" for multiple deliveries per day, weather-resistant construction in galvanized and powder-coated steel for 20+ years of outdoor use, and flexible mounting: freestanding on a stand, screwed to the floor, or wall-mounted.
Two color versions
The eBoxx series is available in two main colors. Anthracite (RAL 7016 with scratch-resistant powder coating). Dark gray for modern, sleek homes, designer facades, and industrial townhouses. Matches gray brick facades and black front doors. White (RAL 9010 pure white with powder coating). For white stucco facades, Scandinavian homes, and classic villas with white walls. How does the electronic lock work?
Four-step operation per package delivery. 1. Delivery person arrives. The delivery person receives your personalized delivery code via your online order or via the secuENTRY KeyApp (you can send one-time codes). 2. Delivery person opens the eBoxx. Enters the code on the electronic keypad; door opens briefly. 3. Package inside, door closes automatically. The eBoxx locks immediately after closing; no chance of retrieval. 4. You unlock later. Upon returning home, you enter your own user code (or open via the app), take out the package, and close the door. Access codes are manageable via the secuENTRY KeyApp on your smartphone: create one-time codes for specific delivery persons, block codes after use, log all openings, and grant temporary access to family members or housekeepers. For optimal security: change your master user code once a month.
Three mounting options
The eBoxx offers flexible installation options. 1. Freestanding with BURG-WÄCHTER Universal 150 stand (order separately). Stainless steel post with two 150 cm long, 32 mm diameter tubes anchored in concrete. The eBoxx is screwed onto the stand from the inside for extra theft protection. Tubes can be cut to size using pre-perforated notches. For homes without the option of facade mounting, for yard entrance and driveway placement. 2. Wall mounting. Directly to the facade using the supplied mounting hardware and pre-drilled template. For homes with a suitable front door facade. 3. Floor mounting. Screwed directly onto a sidewalk or concrete base. For covered entrances where weather resistance is less critical. The Universal 150 stand is available as a separate accessory compatible with all eBoxx models.
Matching mailbox A 625
For regular mail up to DIN C4 size, there is the BURG-WÄCHTER letterbox A 625. A separate 115 × 380 × 450 mm (H×W×D) letterbox that on top of the eBoxx EASY+ E 635 to create a complete mail system. A maximum of 2 letterboxes per eBoxx is possible for multi-occupancy homes. Cylinder lock with 2 keys, mail slot with opening stop (prevents mail from falling out when unlocking), galvanized steel with scratch-resistant powder coating. Available in the same colors as the eBoxx: anthracite (matched with the anthracite eBoxx) and white (matched with the white eBoxx). Pre-drilled mounting points and included mounting material for quick installation on the top of the eBoxx.
For which homes is it suitable?
Four scenarios where the eBoxx proves its value. Detached house with regular online orders. Install the standard eBoxx Universal 150 by the driveway so delivery drivers can easily access it without having to go to the front door. Terraced house with a narrow sidewalk section. Wall mounting on the front door facade for maximum space saving. Second home or holiday home. If you are away for weeks, you can still have delivery drivers deliver using temporary codes via the secuENTRY KeyApp. Business or office with receptionist-free hours. Packages from suppliers can also be deposited after closing time. Not ideal for: apartments where there is no placement space outside the communal entrance (in that case, choose a central mailbox bench), or for extra-large packages exceeding 98 liters (in that case, choose standard parcel point delivery).

Assembly and installation
Four-phase installation for continued operation. 1. Choose location: visible from the street for delivery personnel, protected from prolonged direct sunlight (which can cause the electronic keypad to yellow), at a height of 70-180 cm from the ground with the mail slot at an ergonomic height of 100-130 cm. 2. Mounting: for freestanding use Universal 150. Cut tubes to the desired length and anchor in concrete using the supplied mounting material. For wall mounting: pre-drill into a masonry wall using the correct plugs (M8 or M10 depending on wall type), and screw the eBoxx in place from the inside for theft protection. 3. Install Letterbox A 625: connect the pre-drilled points and screw securely. 4. First-time configuration: download secuENTRY KeyApp, scan eBoxx QR code, set master user code (no 1234 or 0000), create codes for regular delivery drivers, test 2-3 times with test packages before going into production.
Maintenance
Outdoor parcel mailboxes are subjected to significant weather stress. Clean monthly with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid scouring pads, ammonia, acetone, and chlorine-based cleaners, which damage the powder coating. Lubricate lock and hinges once a year using dry Teflon spray on the parcel flap hinges. Do not use oil or WD-40, which attract dust and can eventually cause jamming. Check battery every 6 months via the secuENTRY KeyApp, which displays the battery status. Replace batteries when capacity drops below 25%. When completely discharged, the eBoxx cannot be unlocked until replaced. Mounting check once a year: for wall mounting, check that the screws are still tight; for Universal 150 standard, check that the tubes have not come loose due to sagging. secuENTRY KeyApp updates: regularly update the app for the latest security patches.
