Maintenance

Clean lacquered brass with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soap. Do not use a scouring pad, ammonia, acetone, chlorine, or brass polish, as these would damage the lacquer layer and cause the underlying brass to patina. Apply a drop of graphite lock lubricant to the cylinder keyhole once a year (no oil or WD-40).
