You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt – this is longer than the statutory period of 14 days! You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs (please note, only when the entire order is returned). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all supplied accessories – if reasonably possible – must be returned to Deurbeslag Expert in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, please clearly state your order number and your details so that we can process it quickly and easily. If this information is missing, the process may be delayed, and if certain details are missing, we may not be able to process a return order. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return products, provided the product has been received back in good condition. Generally, the amount will be back in your account within three working days (these three days may therefore be in addition to the 14 days).
