Return period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs to the customer. It is also possible to return only part of the order.
Please note: The costs for return shipments from your address to Deurbeslag Expert amount to €5.95 and are at your own expense.
Return conditions
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, ensure that:
- The product is complete with all included accessories.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).
Please note: If this is not the case and the attachment is damaged, we cannot issue a refund.
- The products to be returned must be well packed and sent in a filled box.
- You clearly state your order number and personal details with the return shipment.
- Product damaged? Please contact us before returning.
To make returning products as simple as possible, we at deurbeslag-expert have done our best to describe the steps as clearly as possible. If you follow these steps carefully, nothing can go wrong!

Please pack the items you wish to return carefully and place them in a well-filled box.
Include the packing slip or a note with the order number in the box.
Close the box securely so that it cannot open during transport.

Upon receipt of the return, we will check it and, if all conditions are met, issue a credit. You will receive confirmation of this by email. After this confirmation, it may take up to 3 working days for the amount to be back in your account.
Please note: refunds are always credited to the account used for payment.
Exchange product
We do not exchange items one-to-one online, but you don't have to wait for that. The fastest way to get the right product is to order the desired item directly and return the original product separately. As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount. This way, your new order is shipped immediately and you do not have to wait for the return to be processed. Prefer to exchange in person? You can do so in our showroom in Volkel.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Please note: for some products, there is no right of return within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.
Custom-made products or products with a clearly personal character are excluded from the right of return. This is also clearly indicated on the product page for the relevant products.
