You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt – this is longer than the statutory period of 14 days! You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs (please note, only when the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning the item from your home to Deurbeslag Expert are at your own expense (€5.95).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all supplied accessories – if reasonably possible – must be returned to Deurbeslag Expert in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, please clearly state your order number and your details so that we can process it quickly and easily.
