The 3302 is intended for casement windows and doors that close to the right. Unsure about the opening direction? Stand in front of the window lock: if the pivot point is on the right side, you need this right-hand version. Optionally, combine the window lock with a matching strike plate or window stay for a complete set.

If necessary, you can always return your order.
You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt – this is longer than the statutory period of 14 days! You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs (please note, only when the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning the item from your home to Deurbeslag Expert are at your own expense (€5.95).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all supplied accessories – if reasonably possible – must be returned to Deurbeslag Expert in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, please clearly state your order number and your details so that we can process it quickly and easily. If this information is missing, the process may be delayed, and if certain details are missing, we may not be able to process a return order. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return products, provided the product has been received back in good condition. Generally, the amount will be back in your account within three working days (these three days may therefore be in addition to the 14 days).
